The Frey Multiloader 600R+T consists of a retraction-belt, a modular conveyor-belt for plates and an automatic tray depositor.
• The line includes a height adjustable feeding belt and servo-controlled drive, which is hygienic.
• Discharge length: 600mm, with an option for an increased length upto 1000mm
• Has sensor cognition for product placement
• Has modular conveyorbelt for plates at 600mm x 800mm (other sizes are available)
• The plastic conveyorbelt for sideways-evacuation is equipped with a servo-drive and is controlled through sensors
• Length: 4m, with options of an automatic plate cognition and automatic switch-off
• The automatic tray depositor can work upto 100 trays per minute
