Automatic mincer

For grinding, mincing and cutting meat and other food products for a specific structure in small and medi- um meat and cheese factories, supermarkets, convenience food factories. Despite small dimensions, the device is durable, efficient and universal, designed with assumptions for high-tech equipment. The shape and smooth surface of the hopper with an increased angle of the walls ensure automatic sliding of the loaded raw material into the worm.

The height of the hopper’s edge is at an ergonomic height, enabling manual loading with euro contain- ers, with the height of discharge prepared for a standard 200-liter trolley.
