Optimized packaging speed: the infeed conveyor automatically adjusts packaging speed of the Jupiter to process line speed, machine only runs when there is product to be packed
Plug and Play installation: vacuum system is integrated into machine, no external installation required. No additional pipe works or electrical connection for vacuum pumps
Hygienic Design: all parts made from stainless steel, the design and construction of the machine is considering hygienic design rules, supplier parts like energy chains, sensors, valves etc are hygienic design and designed for a wash down environment
Flexibility: adjustable parameters for the sealing system, vacuum system and conveyor speeds. Able to seal boneless and bone-in bags without changing settings
Integrated Trim Removal System: can be located according to customer specification in order to avoid bag neck waste on the processing floor
