PSV CSM Cutter
A manual sausage cutter for portioning and cutting sausages to length. The number of clamps fitted sets the length produced, so the same machine covers short sandwich sausages through to 24 cm.

GENERAL FEATURES
Machine for manually portioning and cutting sausages
By changing the number of clamps, you change the length of the sausages
In position 3 clamps, you make sausages ranging from 19.5 cm to 24 cm by simply adding or removing the U supports
In position 4 clamps, you make sausages ranging from 14.5 cm to 18 cm
In position 2 clamps and 1 clamp, you make sandwich sausages or 'brasse' sausages
OPTION
2 additional clamps for the possibility of making 10 cm sausages
