The Programmable Logic Control (PLC) synchronises movements from the infeed conveyor, the film unwinding, the sealing devices, and the product outfeed conveyor. Equipped with a large colored touch-screen interface, producers may set individual parameters and save up to 50 different personalized programs. The software is protected by four levels of access, each with a password.
The Reepack ReeFlow 50 and ReeFlow 100 machines can be manually loaded or integrated into a fully automatic packing line, helping processors to reach low operational costs.

Mid-range flow-wrappers available in different configurations. Web width up to 800 mm, capable of double heated rollers and double jaws, top or bottom reel versions, and many different options. Independent motors for chain, film, rollers, jaws, as well as outfeed conveyor.
