PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY

The main technology of Reepack is the preservation and protection of any kind of food, fresh or cooked, in preformed trays.

Our extensive range of semi-automatic heat-sealing machines offer output of up to 24 packs per minute.

The machines in our range are capable of either sealing only or closure with modified atmosphere (Vacuum&Gas). The packages are produced by sealing top film and tray together in the sealing die. Different kind of materials can be used for different purposes as PP, PE, PS, C-PET, A-PET, EPP, EPET, Cardboard, Alu etc. All the machines are manufactured in stainless steel and anodized aluminium for the tool device and for the vacuum chambers, a quick change tooling for one or more trays per cycle, an automatic film advance as well as an automatic rewinding of scrap film. Finally a User-friendly electronic control panel manages heating, sealing and vacuum-gas flush functions when required. Any trays can be sealed with a pneumatic system or with our New Technology (ECOLINE) based on electromotor, both of them fitting any demand. Electromotor is an ideal system where mobility and energy saving is the top priority.
